“ I give this place 5 stars even though Ive gotten a few funky boneless wings. Cant go wrong with the bonein. Excellent flavor choices. Their take on Mexican street Corn is pretty good. Open till midnight and the fact you can have a beer with your food is all the better. Big screens showing sports. Not too loud. Good service. I think most will agree that they need to change their brown paper towel roller to napkins. Enjoy a meal before shopping for food or other supplies. ”

“ I placed a fairly large order online for pickup. When I walked in I was greeted and immediately helped. The cashier said they were finishing up my order. In the meantime, I asked to use the restroom. They have MW single stall for each. The womens room was very clean. When I came out, my order was ready to go ON TIME. The cashier other employees said thank you. My car smells amazing with all of the yummy wings. Everything was cooked to perfection. I do wish that their fries were a little crisper but that my only complaint. The smiles and friendly staff are the main reason for my 5 star review! Great job. ”

“ Great location and wish I could give 6stars. I was here around 330pm. Staff was helpful with ordering and recommendations since Im not here often it was appreciated. I ordered in and was given a to go bag. Which wasnt a big deal. Well eating a customer came in and raised his voice well lecturing life lessons because he got a to go bag like me though he was also eating at the establishment. Most staff just kept their head down well cleaning well the ones being lectured remained mostly professional but frustrated understandably. Completely get the customer saying staff should provide a good experience but their not robots. Compassion goes both ways and I personally will always be firm on the customer isnt always right. Respect is deserved on both ends. ”

“ Nieosha is amazing! Shes the only reason we even come to this location. This employee is SO friendly. She remembers our order every time, without fail. Shes excellent. Literally, this employee needs to be cloned. She is quick, efficient, friendly and is always smiling. I hope her manager realizes that theyve got themselves a gem and in that industry, finding good, hard working people is not an easy task!!! ”

“ My daughter and I took my grandson he found out that Wingstop came out with a new chicken sandwich made just the way he likes it nothing on it but pickles. Theres various type of sauces that you can add to the chicken patty. He likes the lemon chicken seems to be a favorite. The girls that were working that day were especially friendly very professional and really an enjoyable experience at the store. We went to another one last weekend it was dirty and a mess really. This one was really good clean friendly quick service. ”

“ After a very long day at work I wasnt even sure if I was hungry let alone what I wanted. I happened upon the Wingstop on Charleston by chance. I didnt even know it was there. I wandered through the doors utterly confused about what I wanted, if anything, and was greeted by Marissa. Marissa took her time with me making suggestions. Even though I kept turning her suggestions down she never got frustrated with me at all. When I finally decided what I wanted, Marisa took my order with the same smile that she had on her face when I walked in. Now I have my food and drink and I am ready to go home and eat dinner. The staff at this Wingstop is so friendly its amazing. ”
